How often should stone, tile, or terrazzo surfaces be professionally cleaned?
Most surfaces benefit from professional care every 12–24 months, depending on foot traffic, moisture exposure, and maintenance habits. High-use or wet areas may require more frequent service.
Can dull, scratched, or etched stone be restored?
Yes. Many stone surfaces can be honed and polished to reduce or eliminate etching, scratches, and dullness. Professional restoration is often far more effective and affordable than replacement.
Why does my stone or tile still look dirty after regular cleaning?
Dullness and discoloration are often caused by microscopic surface damage or residue buildup rather than dirt. Professional restoration addresses these issues at the surface level.
Is professional shower restoration really necessary?

Grout color sealing restores grout to a uniform color while sealing it against moisture and stains. It is highly recommended for showers, kitchens, and high-use areas. Most residential projects are completed within one day. Larger or more involved restoration work may require additional time, which we clearly communicate in advance.
